I started The Collaborative Group to help nonprofits build stronger, more sustainable paths to growth without losing sight of the people behind the mission.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked alongside organizations across San Diego and beyond—from human services and education to arts and faith-based communities. No two organizations are the same, and neither are the strategies that support them.

What I’ve learned is simple: lasting impact comes from stewardship, not transactions.

When donor relationships are strong, leadership is aligned, and boards are engaged, fundraising becomes more sustainable—and far more effective.

How I approach the work

Fundraising isn’t about selling a cause.
It’s about building trust.

My work focuses on:

• Deepening donor relationships 
• Strengthening board engagement 
• Creating practical strategies that teams can actually implement 

Because when those pieces are in place, fundraising works — and it lasts.
